Shrimp Bruschetta Recipe

With our Shrimp Bruschetta recipe, even a small amount of leftover shrimp and tomato sauce produces a delicious snack or light lunch.

Shrimp Bruschetta Recipe
  • 1-2 Cooked Shrimp
  • 2 eachs Slices Sourdough Bread
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato or Marinara Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Parmigiano-Reggiano or Romano Cheese (freshly grated)

Prep Time: 5 minutes.
Cook Time: 10 minutes.
Total Time: 15 minutes.

Shrimp Bruschetta Cooking Directions:

Preheat the broiler.
Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise. Set aside. Brush the bread with the olive oil and place under the broiler until slightly browned. Spread with the leftover sauce, top with the halved shrimp, and sprinkle with the cheese. Put under the broiler again just until the cheese melts.
