Shrimp Gumbo

Water, shrimp, pork, rice, onion, green pepper, celery, butter (cream, salt), cod and/or pollock, wheat flour, scallions, brown sugar, salt, garlic, paprika, black pepper, natural smoke flavor, basil, white pepper, thyme, red pepper, maltodextrin (from corn), yeast extract, dried whey (derived from milk), corn starch, natural flavoring, corn oil, canola oil, rice flour, cumin, sassafras, sugar, spice, potato starch, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, celery powder, seasonings, roasted red pepper, sodium nitrite and citric acid

Leave frozen until ready to cook. Remove plastic covering. Cover tray with aluminum foil, Place bakeable tray directly on oven rack or on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 or until internal temperature reaches 145°F for 15 seconds.
