Brown Sugar Baked Salmon

This sweet and savory salmon recipe uses brown sugar and soy sauce to create a delicious coating.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 4 T butter, melted
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 3 T fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T dry white wine (or water)
  • 6 salmon filets

Instructions:

  • Combine brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, lemon juice and wine in 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Add salmon and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes in 400 degree oven, basting frequently.
  • Serve immediately.
