Brown Sugar Baked Salmon

This sweet and savory salmon recipe uses brown sugar and soy sauce to create a delicious coating.

Brown Sugar Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 4 T butter, melted
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 3 T fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T dry white wine (or water)
  • 6 salmon filets

Instructions:

  1. Combine brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, lemon juice and wine in 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Add salmon and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes in 400 degree oven, basting frequently.
  4. Serve immediately.
