This sweet and savory salmon recipe uses brown sugar and soy sauce to create a delicious coating.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 4 T butter, melted
- 3 T soy sauce
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 T dry white wine (or water)
- 6 salmon filets
Instructions:
- Combine brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, lemon juice and wine in 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Add salmon and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes in 400 degree oven, basting frequently.
- Serve immediately.
