Advance Shipments

On the checkout screen, you may see an option to deliver in advance when you choose your shipping method. If you do not see the option you would like, we are happy to help you hold a shipment until the perfect time! All you need to do is place your order online and then email us at by 3pm est the day your order is placed with your name, order number and the date you want the shipment sent and we will place a hold for you.

Free Express Shipping on $150+ orders! Price varies by service method and location if order value is under $150.

Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping and delivery methods ensure guests receive the freshest seafood possible, whether it’s our live lobsters from Maine, fresh-frozen fish or prepared seafood dishes and accompaniments.

Orders that include Live Lobsters always ship overnight the day before expected arrival and if they include any other of our freshly frozen Legal Sea Food, you can expect two separate boxes to ensure safe transit. Please note live lobsters ship overnight Monday through Thursday and cannot be delivered Saturday through Monday.

We unfortunately cannot ship to PO boxes so please provide a physical address when placing your order.

If there are any issues with product quality, damage, mispicks, shipping delays or shipment arrival locations, please contact us within 48 hours after the time of expected delivery and we will be happy to help. We reserve the right to review and potentially decline issues reported after 48 hours.
