Chopped Shrimp Salad

Lighten up with this Chopped Shrimp Salad featuring avocado, tomatoes, corn and red onion.

Ingredients:

  • 12 chopped, cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1 cup chopped avocado
  • 1 cup cooked corn
  • 1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing of choice

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
