Filet and Gorgonzola Pizza with Garlic Cream Sauce

Filet and Gorgonzola Pizza with Garlic Cream Sauce
Servings: 4


  • 2 5oz Signature Filet Mignon
  • 1Tbs steak seasoning 
  • 4 naan flatbreads 
  • 5oz caramelized onion & herb cream cheese
  • 1tsp roasted garlic seasoning 
  • 1tsp steak sauce 
  • Onions, bacon or mushrooms (optional) 


  1. Preheat oven to 350° 
  2. Allow the cream cheese to get to room temperature. 
  3. In a small bowl, add cream cheese, steak sauce and garlic. Combine well and set aside. 
  4. Season filets generously with steak seasoning on both sides. Allow filets to go to room temperature. 
  5. Insert the meat thermometer, and cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145 F for at least 15 seconds or desired doneness. Let the filet rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.  
  6. Place the naan bread on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes each side. 
  7. Assemble pizzas starting with caramelized onion sauce, filet slices, cheese and any additional topping you would like. Then place pizzas back on the grill just long enough to have cheese melt and blend with the sauce. Enjoy!
