Steak night elevated with filet mignon and a delicious porcini mushroom sauce!

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 Signature Filet Mignon
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 oz dried Porcini Mushrooms
- pinch of rosemary
- pinch of thyme
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
- Season filets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Cook on hot grill until internal temperature reaches 120 F
- Transfer to hot cast iron pan to sear, cook to desired internal temperature
- For the sauce, combine all other ingredients in a pot and let simmer 5 minutes before blending until smooth.
- If needed, to help thicken the sauce, stir in 1/4 cup of water mixed with flour.
