Seafood Marinade

Give your favorite seafood a boost of flavor with this simple and versatile Seafood Marinade. Perfect for salmon, cod, and other seafood favorites, this easy marinade adds a delicious blend of savory flavors to every bite. With just a quick soak, your seafood will be ready for the grill, oven, or stovetop.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup of soy sauce
- ½ cup of vegetable oil
- ½ cup of minced ginger
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- ½ cup of sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup of minced cilantro
- 1 Tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Defrost your favorite fish (salmon, cod) for 8 hours in the refrigerator.
- Combine all ingredients listed above in large bowl.
- Add fish to bowl and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Remove fish with tongs and grill or sear fish for one minute on each side.
- Brush the remaining marinade on each side of fish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until the internal temperature is 145 degrees for at least 15 seconds.
