Ingredients:
Gyoza
- 2 lbs of Lobster Meat
- 2 inch freshly grated ginger
- 3 green onions, chopped
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Gyoza wrappers
Dipping Sauce
- Chili oil
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
- Defrost the lobster meat and chop into smaller pieces.
- Add the lobster meat, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Mix and combine the ingredients.
- Take your gyoza wrapper and add about ½ tbsp of the mixture to the center of the wrapper.
- Fold over the wrapper and pinch together the sides.
- Once you have all of your dumplings made, heat a pan to medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tsp sesame oil to a pan.
- Add dumplings to the pan and cook until the bottom browns (2-3 minutes).
- Add ⅓ cup of water to the pan, reduce the heat to medium, and cover the pan with a lid.
- Let the dumplings cook for 7 minutes, or until the water is gone.
- Remove the dumplings from the pan and enjoy with some dipping sauce on the side.
