Ginger Lobster Gyoza

Ginger Lobster Gyoza
Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

Gyoza

  • 2 lbs of Lobster Meat
  • 2 inch freshly grated ginger
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ⅓  cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Gyoza wrappers

 Dipping Sauce

  • Chili oil
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Defrost the lobster meat and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Add the lobster meat, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix and combine the ingredients.
  4. Take your gyoza wrapper and add about ½ tbsp of the mixture to the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold over the wrapper and pinch together the sides.
  6. Once you have all of your dumplings made, heat a pan to medium-high heat.
  7. Add 1 tsp sesame oil to a pan.
  8. Add dumplings to the pan and cook until the bottom browns (2-3 minutes).
  9. Add ⅓ cup of water to the pan, reduce the heat to medium, and cover the pan with a lid.
  10. Let the dumplings cook for 7 minutes, or until the water is gone.
  11. Remove the dumplings from the pan and enjoy with some dipping sauce on the side.
