Lacquered Salmon Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 Salmon Filets
  • 1 oz Legal Sea Foods Kung Pao Sauce
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp seaweed salad chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cut each salmon filet into 1 oz pieces.
  2. Brush with Kung Pao Sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
  4. Bake in oven 350⁰ for 6 to 8 min.
  5. Arrange cooked salmon on platter and garnish with seaweed salad.
