Lobster Pasta Salad

Lobster Pasta Salad
Servings: 8


  • 2 cups of Legal Sea Foods Online Shop Lobster Meat
  • 1 box of your favorite pasta
  • 1/4 cup of good-quality olive oil
  • Juice of 1 1/4 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
  • Sea salt and black pepper, as desired


  1. Season the pasta water with salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, add the olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped dill to a bowl, then season it with salt and pepper as desired. Set the dressing aside.
  3. Drain the lobster to remove most of the water, and break it into bite-sized chunks (keep the chunks intact, though; do not shred or chop the lobster).
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse it to cool it down; transfer it to a large bowl. Then, add the lobster meat and the lemon dressing to the bowl, and gently combine to make sure the lobster chunks stay intact. Serve and enjoy!
