Lobster Tartelettes
Servings: 14

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of Lobster Meat, chopped
  • 1 block Boursin cheese
  • 15 phyllo dough cups 
  • Thyme and pomegranate seeds for garnishing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat and Boursin cheese.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the phyllo dough cups, filling them generously.
  4. Place the tartelettes on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until the filling is warm and the phyllo cups are golden.
  5. Top each tartelette with a sprinkle of fresh thyme and a few pomegranates seeds.
