This one-pan baked salmon, shrimp and broccolini recipe keeps it easy for any day of the week. And the juice of the lemon and butter keep the fish fresh and flavorful!

Ingredients:
- 4-6 oz Salmon Fillets
- 1 lb Colossal Naked Shrimp, uncooked
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb broccolini
- 1 large lemon, sliced
- 1 stick unsalted butter, sliced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Thaw fish according to package directions.
- Trim ends of broccolini.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Arrange salmon and broccolini on baking sheet and season. Add ½ of lemon and butter slices to sheet and drizzle with oil. Bake 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, season shrimp and toss to coat.
- Add shrimp to baking sheet, spread out evenly. Add rest of butter and lemon over shrimp. Return to oven. Bake another 7-9 minutes, until shrimp and salmon are fully cooked.
