Parmesan Lobster Risotto

In case you want a healthy and decadent dinner with more than 20g protein, this parmesan risotto is creamy, cheesy, and tastes like a 5-star meal! The best part is that it’s super easy to make and even stores and reheats well if you need a prep-friendly dinner for a busy week.
