Wok Fired Steak Tips and Broccoli

This Wok Fired Beef and Broccoli recipe featuring our New England Style Steak Tips is fast, easy and incredibly delicious.

Wok Fired Beef and Broccoli
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

Fried Rice

  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups mixed Asian veggies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp toasted Sesame Oil

Beef Tips Marinade (Marinate the steak tips for at least 1 hour)

  • 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup Japanese BBQ Sauce
  • ½ cup fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

Beef and Broccoli

  • 1lb New England Style Steak Tips
  • ½ sliced red bell pepper
  • ½ sliced orange bell pepper
  • ½ sliced red onion
  • 4-5 Thai Chili Peppers
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup Japanese BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

Instructions:

Fried Rice

  1. Add Sesame oil to a preheated wok
  2. Add white rice
  3. Add soy sauce
  4. Stir in mixed veggies
  5. Add Egg
  6. Mix and let it cook for 5 mins before removing from wok

 Beef and Broccoli

  1. Add Sesame oil to preheated wok
  2. Add marinated New England Style Steak Tips along with marinade and let cook for 3-4 mins stirring gently
  3. Add peppers, onion and broccoli
  4. Add sauces and let simmer until beef begins to slightly char (about 5 mins)
  5. Remove from wok and serve over fried rice
  6. Top with a drizzle of toasted sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds.
