Lobster Claws

Did you know that lobsters have two claws that each have different uses? The larger claw is called the Crusher, and it is used to break down food such as clams and crabs. The smaller, sharper claw is called the Pincher, and it is used to tear apart softer prey such as worms and fish. Also, an interesting fact is a lobster’s teeth are inside its body! This allows the lobster to break down their food directly inside their stomach.
