Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Bacon Wrapped Scallops


  • 12 Legal Sea Foods Dry Day Boat Scallops
  • 6 slices bacon (cut in half lengthwise)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 12 toothpicks


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel. Slice bacon lengthwise.
  4. Wrap each scallop in half a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
  5. Arrange scallops on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until scallops are opaque and cooked.
  7. Garnish with fresh chives and serve with chili oil (optional).
  8. Enjoy!
