Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Bacon Wrapped Scallops


  • 12 Legal Sea Foods Dry Day Boat Scallops
  • 6 slices bacon (cut in half lengthwise)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 12 toothpicks


  • Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat scallops dry with a paper towel. Slice bacon lengthwise.
  • Wrap each scallop in half a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Arrange scallops on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until scallops are opaque and cooked.
  • Garnish with fresh chives and serve with chili oil (optional).
