Ingredients:
- 12 Legal Sea Foods Dry Day Boat Scallops
- 6 slices bacon (cut in half lengthwise)
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 12 toothpicks
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat scallops dry with a paper towel. Slice bacon lengthwise.
- Wrap each scallop in half a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange scallops on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until scallops are opaque and cooked.
- Garnish with fresh chives and serve with chili oil (optional).
