Harvested naturally in the North Atlantic Ocean. Every sea scallop is hand-shucked and individually flash-frozen at sea within minutes of catch to lock in maximum freshness.
These dry scallops are absolutely chemical-free with no water added, allowing them to pan sear perfectly and caramelize beautifully to showcase the natural scallop flavor. We call these "Sea Candy" for their incredibly sweet flavor.
Scallops are renowned for their amazing texture and taste that’s unlike any other fish or crustacean. They’re not “fishy” but rather naturally sweet and slightly briny with a meaty consistency. They’re a great option if you love the flavors of the ocean that aren’t overpowering.

Thawing Instructions: Remove frozen scallops from all packaging and thaw in refrigerator overnight or for 8 hours.
Handling Instructions: Do not refreeze. Thawed scallops can be stored under refrigeration for two days. Once thawed, pat dry of any excess moisture.
Cooking Instructions: Can be broiled, baked, fried, pan seared or steamed. Cook 4 to 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches minimum 145°F for at least 15 seconds.
