Baked Shrimp Casserole

Baked Shrimp Casserole
Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Colossal Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 tablespoons white wine
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted, divided
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 c panko breadcrumbs
  • Lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter melted

Instructions:

  1. Add the shrimp to a bowl. Add lemon juice, wine, 4 tablespoons melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Give it a good stir and lay flat in a casserole dish.
  2. In another bowl add the panko, lemon zest, red pepper flakes and parsley. Combine and top over the shrimp.
  3. Pour the clarified butter over top and place in 425-degree oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the shrimp are opaque.
