Ingredients:
- 1 lb Colossal Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 6 tablespoons butter melted, divided
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 c panko breadcrumbs
- Lemon zest from 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter melted
Instructions:
- Add the shrimp to a bowl. Add lemon juice, wine, 4 tablespoons melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Give it a good stir and lay flat in a casserole dish.
- In another bowl add the panko, lemon zest, red pepper flakes and parsley. Combine and top over the shrimp.
- Pour the clarified butter over top and place in 425-degree oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the shrimp are opaque.
