Cajun Shrimp Caesar Salad Crostini

  • Legal Sea Foods Colossal Naked Shrimp
  • Baguette, sliced diagonally to make your crostini slices
  • Finely shredded romaine lettuce
  • Caesar dressing
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Butter
  • Raw garlic cloves

  • Mix melted butter with the cajun seasoning.
  • Toss shrimp in with that mixture to marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, toss the shredded romaine with Caesar dressing.
  • Spread your bread slices on a baking sheet, and put into the oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes, until just toasted to your liking.
  • On the stove, cook your shrimp in a skillet with a little olive oil until cooked through.
  • Once your baguette slices are out of the oven, rub the top of each slice with a piece of raw garlic for flavor.
  • Put your crostini slices on a serving dish and top with your romaine mixture and fresh grated parmesan cheese.
  • Finally, add your shrimp and a final drizzle of Caesar dressing. Enjoy!
