Check out this spin on a Cajun Shrimp Caesar Salad. Reimagined into a holiday appetizer, these bite size crostini's make the perfect handheld treat.

Ingredients:
- Legal Sea Foods Colossal Naked Shrimp
- Baguette, sliced diagonally to make your crostini slices
- Finely shredded romaine lettuce
- Caesar dressing
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Cajun seasoning
- Butter
- Raw garlic cloves
Instructions:
- Mix melted butter with the cajun seasoning.
- Toss shrimp in with that mixture to marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, toss the shredded romaine with Caesar dressing.
- Spread your bread slices on a baking sheet, and put into the oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes, until just toasted to your liking.
- On the stove, cook your shrimp in a skillet with a little olive oil until cooked through.
- Once your baguette slices are out of the oven, rub the top of each slice with a piece of raw garlic for flavor.
- Put your crostini slices on a serving dish and top with your romaine mixture and fresh grated parmesan cheese.
- Finally, add your shrimp and a final drizzle of Caesar dressing. Enjoy!
