This Cajun Shrimp recipe is a great way to add a little extra spice to your next meal. The mix of different seasonings will give you that extra kick for an amazing flavor profile.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. of Legal Sea Foods Colossal Naked Shrimp
- 2 cups of olive oil
- 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of basil
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of thyme
- 1 tsp of minced parsley
- 1/3 cup of hot sauce
Instructions:
- Thaw shrimp in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, add shrimp, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Once slightly cooled, place the shrimp in a large zip top bag.
- In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, basil, oregano, thyme, minced parsley, and hot sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the shrimp and seal the zip top bag.
- Marinate the bag in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours.
- Drain and serve over rice.
