Chimichurri Day Boat Sea Scallops


  1. Pat scallops very dry with paper towels, season with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper.
  2. Then sear on high heat for one min/side until a beautiful brown crust forms.
  3. Finally, place over mixed greens and top with fresh squeezed lemon and homemade chimichurri sauce (4:1 parsley to oregano, three cloves of garlic, one shallot, red pepper flakes, fleur de sel, olive oil and red wine vinegar
  4. Enjoy!
