Crab and Mushroom Quiche

Quiches are easy to throw together in a hurry and are always a crowd pleaser. This crab and mushroom quiche combines sweet and savory in each satisfying bite.

Crab and Mushroom Quiche


  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 ounces of cheddar or swiss cheese
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 Signature Crab Cakes, chopped


  1. Roll out pie crust in glass pie plate. 
  2. Mix eggs, cheese, mushrooms, salt, pepper, cottage cheese and crab in a bowl.
  3. Pour into pie plate.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes at 375.
