Quiches are easy to throw together in a hurry and are always a crowd pleaser. This crab and mushroom quiche combines sweet and savory in each satisfying bite.
Ingredients:
- 1 prepared pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 8 ounces of cheddar or swiss cheese
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 Signature Crab Cakes, chopped
Instructions:
- Roll out pie crust in glass pie plate.Â
- Mix eggs, cheese, mushrooms, salt, pepper, cottage cheese and crab in a bowl.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Cook for 40 minutes at 375.
