A fun and easy holiday appetizer that’s sure to please! The addition of crab is a welcome surprise, and you can serve with an assortment of crackers and fruit. If you have extra puff pastry leftover, add a holiday cut out to the top of your wrapped brie before baking.

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed and rolled to a 10 inch square
- 1 Legal Sea Foods Signature Crab Cakes, thawed and crumbled
- 1 brie round
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp water
- Assorted crackers for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the rind off the brie, if desired.
- Place the crumbled crab in the middle of the puff pastry square, top with brie. Fold the edges up and over the brie, pinching in the center to seal.
- Place the wrapped brie, pinched side down on the baking sheet. Mix the egg and water, brush over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes; let cool for 10 minutes before serving on a platter with crackers.
