Love our crab cakes but want to serve as a bite sized app? This recipe could not be easier!
Instructions:
- Prepare 1 tray of Signature Crab Cakes according to package directions.
- After 18 minutes, remove the cakes from the oven.
- Using a melon baller, scoop the crab cakes in the bite size pieces.
- Place back on a cookie sheet, and continue to cook for 5 more minutes or until outsides are slightly brown and crisp.
- Remove from oven and place a toothpick into each cake.
- When slightly cooled, remove from cookie sheet and place on tray to serve along with the mustard sauce included with the crab cakes.
