Bite Sized Crab Cakes

Love our crab cakes but want to serve as a bite sized app? This recipe could not be easier!

Instructions:

1. Prepare 1 tray of Signature Crab Cakes according to package directions.
2. After 18 minutes, remove the cakes from the oven.
3. Using a melon baller, scoop the crab cakes in the bite size pieces.
4. Place back on a cookie sheet, and continue to cook for 5 more minutes or until outsides are slightly brown and crisp.
5. Remove from oven and place a toothpick into each cake.
6. When slightly cooled, remove from cookie sheet and place on tray to serve along with the mustard sauce included with the crab cakes.
