Ingredients:
- 4 Signature Crab Cakes
- 8 slider buns
- 1/4 cup mayoÂ
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup arugula
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F and make sure the crab cakes are thawed (recommend thawing in the fridge overnight).
- Split each crab cake into two and form into slider-sized crab cakes.
- Bake on 350F for 18-20 minutes until crab cakes are golden brown.
- While crab cakes are baking, combine cranberry sauce and mayo in a bowl. Melt better in a pan over medium-high heat and toast buns until golden brown.
- Build sliders by adding a layer of cranberry mayo on the bun, top with arugula and the crab cake slider.
