Crab Imperial

This classic American dish uses our Signature Crab Cakes mixed with mayonnaise and sherry and is packed into individual ramekins to make single servings.

Crab Imperial Dish


  • 2 Signature Crab Cakes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • One egg
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Old Bay seasoning to taste
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 1 tsp parsley


  1. Pack into individual ramekins.
  2. Sprinkle with crumbled crackers to the top (whatever you have on hand).
  3. Bake 20 minutes.
