Garlic Herb Butter Corn
Servings: 5

Ingredients:

  • 5 ears of corn on the cob, husked and silk strands removed
  • 1/2 cup of Garlic Herb Butter, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to 450°F (medium-high heat).
  2. Spread 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic herb butter on each ear of corn.
  3. Wrap each ear of corn individually in aluminum foil, twisting the ends to ensure they are sealed tightly.
  4. Place the foil-wrapped corn directly on the grill grate. Grill the corn, turning a 1/4 turn every two minutes, for a total of 8 minutes.
  5. Carefully unwrap each ear of corn from the foil and place them directly back on the grill. Grill the corn for an additional 2-3 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred.
  6. While the corn is grilling, melt the remaining garlic herb butter.
  7. Brush or drizzle the melted butter over the grilled corn. Immediately sprinkle each ear of corn with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve the garlic herb butter corn immediately while hot and enjoy!
