This beautiful and flavorful meal went from freezer to table in 40 minutes! Everyone, should have a recipe like this Grilled Shrimp & Veggie Kabobs on hand.

Ingredients:
- 1-2 dozen shrimp
- 4oz butter melted
- 1tsp seasoned salt
- 1tsp salt (optional)
- 1tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 3 limes
- 1Lg green pepper sliced into 1/2 pieces
- 1Lg red pepper
- 1Lg orange pepper
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- Parsley or cilantro if desired
- Cajun Seasoning if desired
Instructions:
- On a skewer add only shrimp. On another skewer add veggies (veggies will take longer to cook)
- Season the shrimp on both sides with lemon, pepper and salt.
- In a small bowl, add butter, seasoned salt, garlic, and pepper.
- Brush on top of shrimp while cooking on both sides.
- Heat grill pan to medium high heat. Add canola oil to the grates to prevent them from sticking.
- Add the shrimp kabobs and veggie kabobs to the grill pan.
- Cook shrimp on the first side for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Bush liberally with seasoned butter mixture.
- Cook the veggies until the desired doneness.
