Ingredients:
- 4 of Legal Sea Foods Wild Swordfish Steaks
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon
- 1 Tbsp of black pepper
- 1 Tbsp of salt
Instructions:
- Thaw Swordfish Steaks in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
- Brush mayonnaise on both sides of the fish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill for 8 to 12 minutes until internal temperature reaches minimum 145°F for at least 15 seconds.
- Squeeze lemon and sprinkle black pepper on top of the fish.
