Grilled Swordfish Steaks

Every bite you take will melt in your mouth with this quick, simple and flavorful meal, easily made on your grill.

Ingredients:

  • 4 of Legal Sea Foods Wild Swordfish Steaks
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp of black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp of salt

Instructions:

  • Thaw Swordfish Steaks in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
  • Brush mayonnaise on both sides of the fish.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill for 8 to 12 minutes until internal temperature reaches minimum 145°F for at least 15 seconds.
  • Squeeze lemon and sprinkle black pepper on top of the fish.
