Legal Sea Foods Lobster Mac and Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 container of LSF’s Lobster Mac and Cheese
  • ⅓ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 6 slices of smoked bacon (optional)
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Bring Mac and Cheese to refrigerated temp. Best way is to leave in refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
  2. Mix Brown Sugar and peppers well in small bowl
  3. Lay Bacon on wire rack and sprinkle seasoning mixture on top
  4. Bake Bacon in oven for 400 minutes for 15-17 minutes to desired crispness.
  5. Pull bacon out of oven to cool and turn oven down to 350.
  6. Spoon mac and cheese into a well greased mini muffin tin.
  7. Crumble Bacon and add into small bowl with panko bread crumbs
  8. Top the mac and cheese with a sprinkle of panko/bacon mixture
  9. Bake for 30 minutes, let cool for about 5-10 minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve immediately.
