Legal Sea Foods Lobster Mac and Cheese Bites


  • 1 container of LSF’s Lobster Mac and Cheese
  • ⅓ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 6 slices of smoked bacon (optional)
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper


  • Bring Mac and Cheese to refrigerated temp. Best way is to leave in refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
  • Mix Brown Sugar and peppers well in small bowl
  • Lay Bacon on wire rack and sprinkle seasoning mixture on top
  • Bake Bacon in oven for 400 minutes for 15-17 minutes to desired crispness.
  • Pull bacon out of oven to cool and turn oven down to 350.
  • Spoon mac and cheese into a well greased mini muffin tin.
  • Crumble Bacon and add into small bowl with panko bread crumbs
  • Top the mac and cheese with a sprinkle of panko/bacon mixture
  • Bake for 30 minutes, let cool for about 5-10 minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve immediately.
