Ingredients:
- 1 container of LSF’s Lobster Mac and Cheese
- ⅓ cup panko bread crumbs
- 6 slices of smoked bacon (optional)
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
- Bring Mac and Cheese to refrigerated temp. Best way is to leave in refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
- Mix Brown Sugar and peppers well in small bowl
- Lay Bacon on wire rack and sprinkle seasoning mixture on top
- Bake Bacon in oven for 400 minutes for 15-17 minutes to desired crispness.
- Pull bacon out of oven to cool and turn oven down to 350.
- Spoon mac and cheese into a well greased mini muffin tin.
- Crumble Bacon and add into small bowl with panko bread crumbs
- Top the mac and cheese with a sprinkle of panko/bacon mixture
- Bake for 30 minutes, let cool for about 5-10 minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve immediately.
