Lobster Mac & Cheese Pizza
Servings: 4


  • (1) 24oz pack of Lobster Mac & Cheese
  • 15oz NY Style Pizza Dough Ball (room temperature)
  • ½ stick of unsalted butter
  • 5-7 tarragon leaves
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 strips precooked bacon (optional)
  • ½ cup crispy onions (optional)


  1. Cook the Lobster Mac & Cheese in 350-degree oven, 15 mins covered with foil and 15 minutes more uncovered.
  2. In a small saucepan combine butter, tarragon, red pepper flakes and garlic powder. Stir until butter is fully melted and then set aside.
  3. Use a little flour, semolina or corn meal to prevent the dough from sticking, pressing your dough to create a 14” circle.
  4. Using a spoon, spread the butter mixture all over the pizza dough up to 1” from the end of the dough.
  5. Add the Lobster Mac & Cheese and top with bacon and crispy onions
  6. Bake in either a 700-degree outdoor pizza oven for 90 seconds, rotating the pizza every 15 seconds OR a 500-degree indoor oven for 8-10 mins until crust is golden brown.
