Ingredients:
- 2 Signature Crab CakesÂ
- 4 slider buns (plus a splash of oil, for toasting)
- 4 tablespoons of chipotle mayonnaise
- 2 slices of Colby Jack cheese, cut into quarters
- 4 thin tomato slices
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the plastic covering on the crab cakes, then take the crab cakes (keep them in their bakeable cup), and transfer them to a baking sheet; bake for 12-15 minutes.
- While the crab cakes cook, add a splash of oil to a pan, and toast the slider buns on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- To build the crab cakes, add little chipotle mayonnaise to the base of a slider bun, then a piece of quartered cheese on top. Add a tomato slice, then half of one crab cake to each bun. Top with an additional piece of cheese, then bake them for 5 minutes without the top bun.
- When the cheese is melted, add a little chipotle mayonnaise to the top bun, then top the sliders.
