Said to have been created by a sea captain in the late 19th century, decadent and creamy Seafood Newburg is now loved by many and typically served on holidays and special occasions.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Colossal Naked Shrimp Cocktail
- ½ lb sliced mushrooms, sautéed in butter
- 1 cup cream or whole milk
- 2 Signature Crab Cakes, chopped
- 3 Tbsp sherry
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
Instructions:
- Cook butter, flour and mustard on stovetop until brown.
- Add cream, wine and Worcestershire.
- Mix sauce with all but breadcrumbs in baking dish.
- Cover with breadcrumbs and bake 25 minutes at 325 F.
- Serve over puff pastry shells.
