Spicy Tuna Sushi Bake

This easy Spicy Tuna Sushi Bake is so delicious. Not only is it easy to make, but it is fresh and creamy. This is a perfect recipe to make on a holiday weekend with family and friends.

Ingredients:Â
- 2 8oz Yellowfin Tuna SteaksÂ
- 1 1/2C sushi rice *cooked Â
- 6oz cream cheese *room temperatureÂ
- 1C Kewpie Mayo *or more if needed
- 1/4C rice wine vinegarÂ
- 1Tbs sesame oilÂ
- Korean Chili pasteÂ
- 1C English cucumber diced
- 1 avocado slicedÂ
- Furikake
- Green onionsÂ
- Sriracha to taste
- Nori sheetsÂ
- Sesame Seeds *optional
- Ginger slices * optional
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 350°.
- In a casserole dish, grease with sesame oil and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix sushi rice with rice wine vinegar. After combining, press it firmly into casserole baking dish. Sprinkle furikake, then add nori sheets on top of the rice.Â
- In a grilled pan, add olive oil. Once at medium heat, add tuna. Cook until the desired doneness.Â
- Remove the tuna from the grill pan and flake tuna into pieces. Add mayo, cream cheese, green onions, sriracha and chili paste. Mix together and spoon on top of the rice mixture.Â
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Â
- Top with cucumbers, diced crab, mayo, sesame seeds and sriracha.
