Ingredients:
- (1) 8oz Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup of sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 cup Everything Bagel seasoning
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1 radish
- 4-5 pineapple slices
- Yuzu Mayo
- Hot Sauce
Instructions:
- Marinate Yellowfin Tuna Steaks in mixture of sesame oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, ginger (marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes).
- Coat yellowfin tuna steaks with Everything Bagel seasoning.
- On a 500-degree griddle or cast-iron pan, sear tuna steaks on all sides for 2 mins per side.
- Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices and build your perfect taco.
