Yellowfin Tuna Tacos

High in protein and low in fat, yellowfin tuna is tender, delicious and perfect for summer tacos.

Yellowfin Tuna Tacos
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • (1) 8oz Yellowfin Tuna Steaks from Legal Sea Foods Online Shop
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup of sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 1 radish
  • 4-5 pineapple slices
  • Yuzu Mayo
  • Hot Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Marinate Yellowfin Tuna Steaks in mixture of sesame oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, ginger (marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes).
  2. Coat Yellowfin Tuna steaks with Everything Bagel seasoning.
  3. On a 500-degree griddle or cast iron pan, sear tuna steaks on all sides for 2 mins per side.
  4. Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices and build your perfect taco.
  5. Enjoy!
