Remove plastic covering. Cover tray with aluminum foil and place bakeable tray directly on oven rack or on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes covered at 400 ° F. Remove foil cover and cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°F for 15 seconds.
